Well what we know is hahalolo acquired FBEC to their admission on the otc profile page.

There are so many rules and regulations we are not privy to unfortunately.

I’ve changed my mind. I’m hoping they just start with getting pink current for now and work their way up the otc to QX or QB and report to the sec in 2025 when ready giving a chance to shareholders to stay or exit until then.

Those who have done the research know the possibilities, they are a decent sized company with a large ecosystem. I envision good things for the company, but this quite period is difficult especially with a wad of $ on the line lol
