BWCG.v has merged with TML.v combining TML’s mining expertise with BWCG's exploration and market strengths, backed by $16.5M in capital. TML’s Goliath Gold Complex holds 2.1M ounces of gold indicated, estimated to produce 110,000 ounces annually. BWCG's Niblack project, containing rich copper-gold-zinc-silver deposits, also stands to benefit, with strategic partnerships already in place for its development.
