16-18 weeks to complete a merger. That’s including votes. These guys have made no effort in their pursuit. Are we still waiting for effectiveness? The extension ends June. Will that date be the time for INVO substantial consummation or will they terminate, delist and do another transient merger. Of course that’s the plan people. I wonder if INVO uses offering to finance the Satellos deal or do they wait it out for ESH to come into the picture in Fall. So many unknowns. It would be nice for Cytovia to get off the sidelines and do something. Same goes for Immune. I’m starting to think Immune is a bit too lazy with moving forward. Just saying. At this stage we are accomplishing nothing sitting on our thumbs. I believe Cytovia mentioned it expects some clinical results in Fall which should trigger some investment ( ESH ).
