My only remaining ponder is the thought that while the patents are technically sound, actual performance does not rise to the technical bar.

However, GTCH having spent over 300 million dollars up to this point and patent its technology leaves me with the belief that they HAVE physically tested for results and can provide performance data to support that high performance level (detailed in the approved patent).

Demonstrations for any potential buyer SHOULD support such a high performance - Sooooo... why would there NOT be a buyer. If only I believe that...a deep-pocketed buyer could wipe out any administrative/SS concern with MINIMAL up-front $$. Including that toxic note holder PH!
