Good afternoon,

Why isn't the share price moving higher.

Didn't the CEO mention on one of his X statements that he has no control on one of his preferred holders when they want to sell. Well, I believe this is what is happening today. The news is out, and the holder is selling into the news thus stalling out the share price. This isn't dilution, but just pressure on the share price.

It sucks and once this holder is done, we will move to fair value. The algorithm is based on this preferred and executes based on this and the trend is down for this session.

We will move higher, maybe not today, but it will happen, and I stand from my earlier posts a while back that .01 is in the cards

I'm adding here.
