8 has been using ai for years on the device logs
and has been working on voice/video interface for years since working with asian companies and speech avatars for customer representatives...
i think 8 is the generative speech interface with msft and it's speech recognition company , nuance.
openai is the llm, but rags needs an internet connectivity.
