GTCH Hmmmm,, First off Erik Klinger is now the CFO at BANNIX , Previously head of corporate development and cfo of gopher protocol,, that was prior company name before name change to GBT TECHNOLOGIES.
Now BANNIX controled by DOUG DAVIS former ceo of GBT TECHNOLOGIES and ceo of the sponsor "" Instant Fame"" who by the way is trade marked to DANNY RITTMAN and MO JACOBS , yes danny rittman and mo jacobs another former gbt employee owns the trade mark to Instant Fame, LLC, very convient.
THEY are going to make a deal with Visionwave technologies that was not even incorperated the day the deal was announced so not a legit company but facts aside the company is soley owned byYOSSI ATTIA legaly and controled by Anat Attia his wife
Both of theese people have prior dealings with GBT as in -STANLEY HILLS, LLC,, do your DD!! Also YOSHI and MOSHE SCHNAPP aka MO JACOBS
have been chumming together for 20 years scamming and law suits,,, and all names listed above have former ties to gbt/gopher so how do the insiders make deals,,only for themselves. GOOD LUCK and we haven't even mentioned the shares of AVANT!
