The company isn't going to provide any updates where they are with the FDA. That is information that would only get them in trouble and would allow investors to time a purchase or sale. It will happen when it happens. Frustrating. Yes. However, the longs on this board of which I am one have waiting years and years just to get to this point. Shouldn't have waited this long but there were reasons for the delays. Covid. A bogus lawsuit against Beplate in which he has evidence to prove is was completely bogus but won't pursue that until after the sale of the company. Probably some screwup's along the way. The FDA simply not being very good at getting applications approved quick enough. None of it matters now. Approval is all that matters. Same as it was the first day after they dominated in clinical trials.
