I can't find any compelling reason for a 41% hair cut. The updated OS shows some increase, but that doesn't justify this carnage. The OS is still below a billion shares which is reasonable in the OTC space.

Where does the spectre of an RS come from? someone mentioned on the board. Has the company mentioned an on-coming RS?

The recent news are astounding considering its trading for a penny.

Others can do whatever they want to do, I can only follow my trading/investment strategy.
