I'm still wondering exactly why. The OS and AS are still very reasonable compared to most in the OTC, and they have the joint venture with Better Health Sciences...

Meanwhile, GRLT is trading over a billion shares, and it has a much higher share count (with 4 billion OS), and this is because of an LOI for, ironically, a joint venture for Pet Food. Same sector!

I'm not sure there's ever any rhyme or reason in the OTC. This one could wake up again - none of these OTCs have good balance sheets, so I rule that out. I think there are just a lot of momentum traders these days (like we're seeing with GRLT today, and of course what we've seen with GameStop and AMC many times).
