Your “facts” are nothing but unverifiable nonsense. They are not considered facts simply Because some anonymous party says so.

“Unforeseen circumstances” is lame nonsense. What is unforseen? A persons lack of due diligence? Or a persons refusal to acknowledge actual events? A person claiming things that simply are untrue? There is mega dilution as well, you know it, everyone knows it. KEGS can’t hold its pps because it and its CEO has a horrid reputation.
