mave thats not a dumb question. Either there running short on shares and dont want to sell paper knowing that they ( the mms) wont be able to buy back the 0002s or they are trying to show weakness making it appear there are no buyers.Kinda 1 in the same. I myself set my good too sell order higher thus not allowing the mms to borrow from the share bank. jmo glta
