Item 9. Other Events

On May 25, 2024, Music Licensing, Inc. (the “Company”) acquired royalty stakes in two catalogs of musical works. The Company intends to disclose the individual works from these catalogs via a series of press releases. To maximize the visibility of each individual work, these disclosures will be limited to one title per release. The Company plans to issue these press releases disclosing individual works 1-5 times per week.

Additionally, the Company intends to continue using this strategy of individual press releases for future acquisitions. While these disclosures will be made over time, the Company does not plan to initiate blackout periods. This approach is to ensure that arrangements such as the court-approved 3(a)(10) with one of our key executives and his affiliated entities will not be affected.

Furthermore, the Company has traditionally engaged in a more hands-on approach to investor relations through social media. However, the Company now intends to gradually phase out the use of social media for investor relations. Moving forward, the Company will intend to rely solely on press release disclosures.
