I was referring to the OS/AS updates.

My bad, I never really noticed the float before - thought it was always the same, honestly. However, being updated could be a bad thing. They might be updating or providing it for a move down - just as likely as anything else. Not sure why anyone, but MMs would be interested in the float so hopefully no one tries to spin it as something else. Insiders do not need or are even interested in publicly traded shares, either.

This was all likely just a routine update that went into effect recently. The float is on the annual report, anyway.
