I will break this down for the folk that don’t understand. “ We have determined that mandatory liquidation, should a business combination not occur by December 16, 2024, and potential subsequent dissolution raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern for a reasonable period of time which is considered to be one year from the date of the issuance of the financial statements.”

Notice how they stated the time. This statement “should a business combination not occur by December 16, 2024” is simply stating that they have until December 16th 2024 for a business combination to occur, and “Occur” being the key word of interest and lack thereof. So forget about the SPAC merger happening anytime soon. Announcement of BC and Closure of BC has been put out to December 2024 or in the time. So INVO can keep things financed with offerings while we wait. Closure of ESHA merger would be next summer. Hula Hula Cukoo Penny
