When we were all kids, we were asked to draw 'Tippy the Turtle' and win a free scholarship to ,what I don't know, but we did it because it was on the back of every magazine and cereal box everywhere..

All our versions were a bit different but that's why we call him Mitch the turtle now. He looks just like him and he fucked up the Senate even worse than Tippy would have.
