Michery tried to use for the GEM loan and not pay it by saying that GEM wasn't a broker dealer but it Failed and it went to Arbitration and the Judge ordered that Mullen put $7 Million in an Escrow account. The Arbitrator ruled in favor of GEM but the amount was redacted but I believe the Amount awarded GEM is between $25 - $30 million. Which will expedite Mullen into Bankruptcy.

I haven't checked recently does anyone know how the Spoofing lawsuit is going?
