How can people do something like this without the industry leading recovery system and world dominating device SFRX says they have?

What is also strange is that people used archival research to identify a valuable wreck, where it sank, what was on it, before ever starting to look. The records were right there in the archives. Not lost or mixed up or anything else.

There’s not a shred of archival evidence suggesting an important or valuable galleon was lost at Juno. But Kyle says MFT thinks there could be $15 billion there, yet MFT denies it.
