With no actual end in sight and with this now adding a second SPAC which will take till next year to complete, is there anyone that has seen this before? I understand many people getting through one SPAC. But a IPO, Spin Off, SPAC recap, exchange merger, SPAC 2 recap etc is something that is beyond wild. Simple answer is fine. Yes or no is fine. No one has to divulge past details. I’m just curious to know if anyone has done one of these ventures in the past. I could see so many people falling when making the mistake thinking this is a great deal. Pretty sad.
