ever watch the movie RED?? In it, the fbi surrounds a home for the purpose of arresting someone. They are told not to shoot

But then as the 'targets' of interest come out the door, a shot rings out and someone 'someone' wanted dead is dead.. (only in this case, the 'targets' of interest didn't trust the fbi and while they got one they wanted, it was not the one they were expecting/hoping for)

The fbi has been involved in a few of these type of events over the last few years where a target is essentially been gunned down

in very questionable circumstances. Almost as if following the script used in the ASSASINATION of ASHLI BABBIT in which the

murderer has not been charged and reportedly been 'promoted' since then..
