chooch, I think NetList was naked shorted back in 2018 when the share price dipped to $0.10 and Chuck had to cash out shares in order to cover legal expenses fighting these bastards. At that time NetList had just finished with HWP small lawsuit and was also battling SK Hynix and Inphi, along with Sammy, Micron, and Google.
SK Hynix was smart enough to maybe see what was going on and decided to settle with NetList rather than fight them in court.
Smart of them to do that, because look at where things stand now.
Not looking good for the other 2, Sammy and Micron, which automatically sinks Google.

Inphi is out of the picture, perhaps for good. Maybe they provided enough intel to NetList lawyers about the collusion between the other 3 Companies~? Rumor has it....... 🤣

I could be wrong about the naked shorting, but it is just too pervasive throughout the market. Greed has a way of doing that.

We'll see in due time.
How can they suppress the share price when great news like this Micron win emerges~? SMH
