Depends how mail ins are handled. There should be no reason for the results to be 100% done by 11pm. Technology is superior enough to have the votes all delivered and counted by 11pm like all past elections except 2020 and 2000. No reasons for that not to happen. None of this wait a week until we find the votes. No spike anomalies and no bullshit at the voting booths. Then Yes!
