You bring up a very good point that many of us have discussed in the past, but it seems no one from Avid has adequately addressed. Nick went out of his way to assure shareholders that the expansion would only go ahead if there were orders in place from customers to fill this newly created capacity. Then at previous CC's he mentioned that some of these "orders" were held up pending FDA approval of their drugs. Why is it taking so long to get these approvals if in fact that is the reason for the stagnant revenues and the vacant capacity? You would expect that in year 1(after expansion completion)they could have at least added $100 mil at a minimum to their revenue projections, and while the backlog did increase, the revenues have been flat....which is not good!!!

No, investors do not want to see only a 20% increase in Revenues, but that sure beats not having any increase. I could live with a 20% increase for next year and then really ramping up with projections to fill total capacity within 3 years, and then perhaps opening the door to going beyond the $400 mil capacity cap?!

Ziebell appears to be staying for now(unfortunately), and Nick seemed to offer a glimpse of enthusiasm and optimism at the last CC, so yes I am going to take that as a positive. If however the upcoming CC is disappointing in any way, there would be a fair chance at being taken out....and $15 sounds about right...sadly!

To think that Nick would walk away with $15 mil in this kind of scenario just does not seem right....and to think that others like Ziebell would also get a nice little payout borders on disgusting.

Lets hope that we do go there, but rather we run to $15 by late summer before heading higher quarter by quarter??? I like that scenario better!
