Overstock lawsuit is very important to understanding how these criminals operate. Turns out many tricks were disclosed in the Overstock lawsuit that involved a person trying to pass himself off as a Bonafide market maker. He was not a Bonafide MM and
had to disclose many tricks used by the real Bonafide market makers. Sham resets, wash sales, married puts, and flex options.

FINRA data is totally unreliable. The Depository Trust Company is also a joke with their Continuous Net Settlement Program.

More than likely NetList was one of those Companies targeted and hopes were that the 3 amigos would drain NetList or wear them out. Does not look to be possible now. Chuck knows what he owns.

And if they do file a form 4 they deserve to take some money. Lots of hard work and sacrifice up to this point. It will pay off IMO.
