You can put this on the record. Yes we had a real setback here in terms of momentum in terms of a lot of different things centering itself around the 10K which will be filed this coming week I already had that heart to heart with the auditor. First quarter is going to take another week so just be prepared we're not going back up on OTC markets until the end of the month possibly sooner. One thing I can tell you for certain is that we're going to come out swinging while all it is is going on the operations are expanding at maybach's and all the other subsidiaries is starting to fall into place enjoy your weekend because the many good ones yet to come
