I seem to remember some comments about the use of what may now be termed AI in our support data bases, forecasting FC failures and scheduling replacement in advance etc. Certainly cant see why it adds so much to. the Bloom price

As for datacenter sales - Bloom can sell using Natural gas, the availability of large quantities of hydrogen is still not something you can invest in. Had Texas or NY been coming on line this year then PLUG could supply customers themselves. as it is any customer for a Datacenter needs to get third party supply and probably a higher price than PLUG would charge. Bloom can hook up to Natural gas and switch over late to hydrogen when it is available and also save on the H2 infrastructure needed.
