Why would we want to focus on what you believe KBLB shouldn’t do or target? Where has this narrative come from? Did they say they want to replace spandex in the market?

I’m more interested in what KBLB will do and what markets it can impact vs trying to come up with a list of where spider silk may not be the best solution.

Seems like a false narrative to argue why men’s suits shouldn’t be their target market when, from what I’ve seen, they’ve said vey little about trying to dominate the men’s suit market.

This seems like a good time to think about the possibilities FOR spider silk instead of trying to figure out what it may not be best geared to replace.

People have sought a solution for producing spider silk for decades. It is considered by many the “holy grail” of materials. The possible applications are “almost” limitless. I’m more inclined to look at the almost limitless potential for the first company to ever produce recombinant spider silk in quality consistent mass quantities.

I’ll leave analysis of what other products will still be useful to others. Spider silk applications are most interesting to me at this point.
