Hey Appie - the current Exhi filing says there’s still ongoing litigation with Devon … isn’t the only activity with Devon over the past year or so the deal with Gegp for 51% ownership? Gegp filings imply this was dealt with when they moved to Wyoming and increased the authorized preferred shares a year ago. Any speculation for what might be going on?

Also, exhi lists CF Audits as their accounting/auditing firm, but they did another quarterly with an attorney letter? Maybe everything is delayed, which surprises me since Mr Fytton is listed as a Securities lawyer with Nugn. Doesn’t seem like this should take this long with all the parties knowing each other for months if not years …
