Sad day indeed since $AHRO is a holding company CG could have done a spin off of Maybacks Sub company which would have resulted in all those new shares of said sub company as a tax free dividend for currant AHRO share holders.

But I am sure you know all about these issues and have determined CG is simply not capable of running $AHRO as a public company...........and would do better for himself and ALL the perferred shareholders or private investors such as Mr.Kiss and go private. correct?

I am sure you wouldn't want to see any more innocent day traders get hurt buying or selling $AHRO correct?
