Waaaaahhhhh... so did the rest of us.... but most of us are not whining about how long this is taking or how poorly things are being run.

I invested money I could have done other things with like buy a boat. But I chose to sacrifice that and invest here.

If you just focus on the "insider selling" in a vacuum, you'll get frustrated and depressed.
Electric, if you look at it in the context of all the other amazing things going our way, and how there ARE NO NEGATIVES other than delays (which are part of this type of investment process), you'll be able to see the selling for what it MOST LIKELY IS... preparing a war chest in case we have to go to trial.

Emil and gang don't want to go to trial any more than we do, right? But they have to be prudent and prepare for it in case they have to.
I'm grateful they are. Their preparations might just prove to be an INCENTIVE to the infringers to settle before court. It shows that they're determined to battle this thing til they win. They have good reason to think they will win. Winning 38/38 IPR battles, winning a host of smaller battles, and KILLING the Alice threat are just a few.

And all those cheap shares they're selling... who's buying them? At the very least, they're being bought by people like my friend who is a single Dad and is buying 10,000 shares to put toward college for his 1 yr old son.

Focus on the GOOD stuff... there's plenty of it to focus on, and it WAY outweighs the seemingly bad.
