I've seen some scams in my 40+ years of investing, but this one takes home the award.

Just when you think you seen it all, this low life screws all the common shareholders with one RS that only had one purpose.

The new MARKET CAP:

IF the share price rapidly drops the market cap drops but on stinky pinks is often artificially "propped up" VIA RAPID DILUTION increase number "A" in the "A x B = market cap" aka the outstanding/issued shares are a inflator of market cap.

This clown just killed any hope of saving his company. Given how he just wiped out the value of the commons, anyone holding this worthless paper will now drop it into the round file and not be willing to pay the brokerage fee to sell.

Jake the shake gives a whole new meaning to pinks.
To the shareholders here, sorry for your pain. Another great example of why not to trust pinks.
