The OS, 3,567,000,000 / 500,000 = 7,134. The TA says the OS is now 5994 shares. So, around 1,114 to say, 1,200 accounts would have had a fractional share. It depends on how it worked out. Some may have had just a few shares @ .0002, and some much closer to 499,999 shares @ .0002.
