Hweb- IPW

I re read the earnings report today. It seems a large amount of the additional revenues and earnings this qtr came from one customer. In their 10Q, it says Amazon is 91%-95% of revenues in general, so are they're talking about Amazon as this large channel partner ? Or is this channel partner, just someone who helps them do their selling ? “As anticipated, we saw stronger order volumes from our largest channel partner during the quarter as they have returned to a more normalized inventory position and purchasing cycle."

Out of the 10Q...

Customer and vendor concentration risk
For the nine months ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, Amazon Vendor and Amazon Seller customers accounted for 91% and 91% of the Company's total
revenues, respectively. As of March 31, 2024 and June 30, 2023, accounts receivable from Amazon Vendor and Amazon Seller accounted for 91% and
95% of the Company’s total accounts receivable, respectively.

Hweb, I'm not familiar with Amazon Vendor or Amazon Seller, but I assume IPW does selling for Amazon mainly. So are revenues basically commissions they get for selling as a middleman for Amazon ? I mean Amazon represents over 90% of their revenues, but in what fashon ?
