I get it business is business but if someone gives their word you wait the 2 days.

If they lied or for some reason had no intention to follow thru then you evict.

I do believe Melvin intends to file tomorrow. He put that in writing for all to see. So will he follow thru on his commitment or should he be evicted??

I guess we will know for sure in the next 36 hrs. Stay tuned
