You're welcome, and I'm glad you stopped in.

Earlier you asked this, that I didn't address explicitly (but only implicitly):

Wouldn't it behoove all of you to contact the SEC and ask if they have a division that can keep an eye on this CEO and make sure he isn't doing all of you dirty???

I don't know if they have 'corporation cops' who keep tabs on the likes of Nixon after revocation for not filing, but I've seen news that in the last few years the SEC and FINRA have gone after diluters who create shares out of convertible notes in a way that breaks the rules and makes them unregistered issuers.

Those fine folks are getting fined, jailed, and 'revoked' from dealing in securities in various ways. Sometimes penalties include disgorgement of ill-gotten gains back to the companies (and by extension, shareholders) who got ripped off. In cases where those bad guys still hold shares, those shares have been canceled.

Nixon borrowed money against those sorts of convertible notes (as did a lot of small-time startups), so you could argue that he should have known better. But the SEC and FINRA (and other agencies) who only went after them after the fact should also have 'known better' and not allowed that sort of thing to happen in the first place. So a lot of blame across the entire securities space exists.

[Though legal, and legal for a long time, I hate shorting. To me, that's like someone coming into your house, taking your stuff, selling it without you knowing it, but promising -- or alleging -- that they will buy back what they took at a lower price to give back to you, which makes their up-front theft all better. But I digress ...]

A word about T53 -- he's responsible for his own style and what he posts about, but I've gotten to know him in person these last couple of years, and know that he bought into WCVC after I did, buying more shares for a higher price than I did, so he wants his money back, plus profit, too.

Re "Shorts will be squeezed" -- I don't have access to data on short positions just before this was revoked, but T53 saw something 'funny' just after he bought in which could have been some kind of short play. WCVC ran (up) into the double zeros and then crashed back to triple zeros, and eventually back to .0001. Something happened and it wasn't T53's fault, but I know he got as burned by that as everyone else did.

T53 has his own metrics for stock analysis, and frankly, he's made more money in stocks than I have. He's not treating anyone as stupid, but just like myself (and a few others), he thinks there are legitimate reasons to have hope this will return to trading. T53 and I both look at what is going on that can found 'in public' (if you know where to look). He spots things that I miss, and vise versa. (Maybe he's does more speculating than I do.) Just speaking for myself, I think he deserves a bit of slack.

Re posting "It's revoked" every day -- I suppose that can be cathartic, but it's not really informative since everyone can see the stock is revoked.

In conclusion, thanks again for dropping in. Your posts always make things interesting.
