No LOI’s have come to fruition to date. The only action on any LOI has been the one that was canceled by MJLink, and that happened after Ken said they were weeks away from completing that liquidity event.

Further in doing some research on this PR, I have found zero evidence connecting them to a hotel and casino with anyone in Cripple Creek Colorado based on how they described the acquisition in their PR. I’m all ears if someone can give us a clue as to what they are talking about here. They have a Main Street in Cripple Creek with no casinos on it. And I have yet to find any station in Cripple Creek nor a Main Street Station” as indicated in the PR. Kinda leaves me wondering what asset in Cripple Creek they are looking to buy.

This feels a lot like their renovation company PR they did a while back, which we have heard nothing about since.

It all seems like a big reach to me here to me to give some illusion of activity without any hard evidence of ANYTHING.
