my bad, I waited too long to update this post, the number of O/S, according to the filing was: "outstanding: 309,496,511 as of date: 03/31/2024).

That represents a 7mil addition to the current number on OTC Mkts which is 316,496,511,

It might explain some of the 5/6 digit trades we've seen during that time frame. Maybe it's something innocent or maybe the $5mil line of credit has some strings tied to those funds and someone is raising money? It would be nice to hear from the company. IMO
