Thoughts on short interest going up 17%

what do you guys think of this? Back up to over 10MM shares. Who shorts this stock at these levels in last QTR, what we were at a high of $1.23 for time period involved.

As we used to say in SNIC back in the day when it went up from $2.00 to $9.99 with no institional ownership and then was discovered and shorted back down to low of 3.60 over a 1.5 years. Shorty KNOWS something. Stock then went from 3.60 to 23 in about 6 months. Went to about 85% I-ownership.

Hope this is the case here.
