GREENWOOD VILLAGE, COLORADO, USA, May 21, 2024

LikeRE, Inc. announced today that it has completed a Letter Of Intent (LOI) to acquire Main Street Station Hotel and Casino in Cripple Creek Colorado.

The acquisition is valued at $40.73 Million Dollars and will be the first Real World Asset (RWA) to be Tokenized by its Web3 division launched earlier this year.

LikeRE now enables commercial and residential property owners to fractionalize their RWA's through tokenization.
