post from morg38off.----latest from Orie: "A quick update – we are almost done with the 2023K audit and should finalized Q1 2024 review in the next 2 weeks. The goal is to file the response with the updated financials by month end G-D willing which will give the Sec plenty of time to approve us by mid/end of June.
