Joseph Waded Mezey has been scamming since at least 2008! He was given a cease and desist from California then. He was subsequently disbarred by NY.
He knows that if he gives a MM a big block to dump they will dump on both sides. I have seen it happen too many times in the OTC and I have seen Wade do it many times also!
Please note that as of the last filing there were : 6,032,400 preferred sharers out which convert at 25,000 to 1!
That is over 150 billion shares!
