This is a very odd situation with WNFT going to the Expert Market.

When filing a Form 15 it does not take effect immediately – under Rule 12g-4, the form takes effect 90 days after filing (or such shorter period as the SEC may determine). But, the act of filing the Form 15 immediately suspends the issuer's SEC reporting obligation.

Sharp is supposed to understand the Securities Laws - I don't understand how he could allow this to happen.

You don't think he's stupid enough to think that since he filed the Form 15 he didn't have to file anything, do you?

I'm trying to figure out how he screwed this up, but it seems intentional to me.
