davidoff, et al were supposed to try to get 744 out to tech users/buyers after the patent revisit. did they actually do any work or collude with the same people to choke v out of existence? that might come out in the investigation on current charges? were they with farias /wade trying to weaken them so much as to allow them to buy cheap or just usurpt the ip like interwoven failed to do?
