Sharp has never run a public company before that I'm aware of so that comment about him trying to shake out shareholders over two years like he has done with his other tickers is just more BS.

He doesn't have nor has he ever had any other public company tickers where he was CEO.

Please name just one ticker where he has done this?

You should really do some basic DD before posting your ridiculous conspiracy theories.

GVSI is delinquent with the SEC, is not SEC registered and reporting, has a FINRA Notice of Deficiency that was never addressed, has a SEC/FINRA restriction on its corporate actions such as a reverse merger and is in violation of FINRA Rule 6490.
