Not sure why. All the PR does is expand on how happy he is with the spring trials, and how great things are just around the corner. Like we've never heard that before. However it does indicate how far away from success they were before they hired Dr. Kumar. Kim set expectations of imminent success, yet they learned all these great new things after one trial period. They'd obviously still be spinning their wheels, if not for Kumar. I'd not be surprised if someone, possibly Kings Group, basically forced him into that hire.
