I was thinking midnight tonight.
OTC would have given us the "Grace Period" badge if the OTC held it up.,

I could be off, but it's Q1 season and if they filed the NT, it's up at midnight today.
Where is the year end's atty letter, the Q1 and NT?

I'm blown away they still Have Pink Limited.

Bare minimum, keep it current. If it goes to the EM, no big deal. It's just an extra free to get off, plus all the back filings.
