The problem is no one trust OTC stocks. Any conversion or dilution is considered a bad move. We have a repeated history on OTC stocks doing buyback or share cancelation but later the O/S swells up and next we hear is R/S on the table. Similarly, we have seen companies stating No to R/S but they still end up happening for no good reason.
This is the fear that these OTC investors or traders face with OTC stocks.
That is what Dave needs to understand or needs to be educated on why people start panicking with conversion regardless of 3.6B of share cancelation or buyback he has done
Transparency is the key here in order to kill the fear and build shareholders confidence level at the same time.
