There needs to be new rules for nasdaq stocks. Over 600 companies are non compliant. It's as bad as the OTC. They need to be kicked off the nasdaq way easier than they are now. Companies shouldn't be allowed to dilute shares when the price of the stock rises by more than 10% in a day until they have a two day waiting period. Also should be kicked off within 90 days of being under $1 with no acceptions. Nasdaq is supposed to be a reputable platform but it's now a complete complete joke and you can lose your entire investment over night. I would expect that from the OTC but not the nasdaq
