o.k., well i didn't read it all , but Netlist wants to talk to people who know the rules ( Director) vs those that can be influenced ( string yanked Board). , of course this is prior to having to go the CAFC. That's where this would go if the Director sides with the Board - correct?

When you think about it like this - Does SV want to control and dominate? - yes they do, imo
