From what a friend told me, they filed a document with Wyoming, the state of incorporation on FBEC April 26th
They have only updated their records up to the 24th so the are behind.
I don’t know what they filed but I’m sure Mark Disiena needs to come off as Secretary and treasurer since he is not listed on the otc site anymore. May be a case of having all I’s dotted and t’s crossed for the SEC AND FINRA to proceed
